1. Talk to Warehouse Keeper Mia in the Warehouse of Heine.

On the territory close to the beach find and kill Tasaba Lizardman, Tasaba Lizardman Shaman until you’ve collected Records Chest  — 1 pcs. and Records Chest Key Fragment  — 10 pcs. (you can gather as many quest items as you want, the amount in the descriptions is necessary to complete the quest).
