Non-war zone created by treaty between Elves and Dark Elves from their constant frictions. Upon their agreement, the river of this area became the border between their territories, and the vicinity areas are designated as a neutral zone. Currently, there are guards posted at both sides, and any crossing that are not for a peaceful purpose are prohibited fearing invasions from either side.
