Cloaks

From Lineage 2 Encyclopaedia

Your character can wear cloaks with Dynasty Armor and S80+ Armor Sets. Cloaks increase P. Def., some cloaks increase Elemental Protection. There are different ways to obtain a cloak.

Raid Cloaks

In High Five update 5 cloaks were added. All of them are related to certain Raid Bosses. Please note that cloaks obtained for quests and cloaks obtained as trophies look just the same, but their characteristics of protection from certain attributes are different.

Some old cloaks have Resistance to Dark. New cloaks give different protection from all 6 types of attributes.

Common Cloaks

Initially any cloak is sealed. Olf Kanore in Town of Aden or Olf Adams in Rune Township can remove the seal.

Conditions of cloaks usage

To use a cloak your character should be equipped with an armor set Grade S80 or higher. When your character has an armor set on, a cloak slot becomes active. To use Knight's Cloak your character also must belong to a clan which owns a castle. Cloaks cannot be modified or improved, you cannot add Elemental Protection to them.

How to obtain cloaks

• Ancient Cloak
  Could be obtained by unsealing Sealed Ancient Cloak (can't be obtained in the game anymore).
• Knight's Cloak
  Buy from a Castle Chamberlain for 35,838,750 adena.
• Holy Spirit's Cloak
  You can get this cloak for killing the following Raid Bosses and mobs.

Cloaks S80 Grade

	Item	Description
	Knight's Cloak	Cloak with luxurious embroidery. Dark Attribute Defense + 30. Can be worn by Barons or higher ranks of the clan that owns a castle. When an armor set above the Dynasty level is worn, the Sealed Cloak Slot will be open so that the cloak can be equipped. Enchantment, attribute, and augmentation are impossible. Cannot be exchanged or dropped.
	Holy Spirit's Cloak	Cloak covered with energy of the Holy Spirit. Dark Attack Resistance + 30. When an armor set above the Dynasty level is worn, the Sealed Cloak Slot will be open so that the cloak can be equipped. Enchantment, attribute and augmentation are impossible.
	Ancient Cloak	Item that allows you to summon a Spirit Shaman. Hunger gauge lasts 5 hours. Cannot be exchanged, dropped, or destroyed. Can be stored in a private warehouse.
	Zaken's Cloak	Cloak that makes you feel Zaken's sorrow. Increases P. Def. and attribute resistance. Unlocks a skill to move to the boss area. Can only be equipped when the cloak slot is open. Enchantment, attribute, and augmenting are impossible. Can be exchanged or dropped.
	Cloak of Freya	Cloak that makes you feel Freya's chill. Increases P. Def. and attribute resistance. Unlocks a skill to move to the boss area. Can only be equipped when the cloak slot is open. Enchantment, attribute, and augmenting are impossible. Can be exchanged or dropped.
	Frintezza's Cloak	Cloak that plays Frintezza's melody over and over in your head. Increases P. Def. and attribute resistance. Unlocks a skill to move to the boss area. Can only be equipped when the cloak slot is open. Enchantment, attribute, and augmenting are impossible. Can be exchanged or dropped.
	Zaken's Soul Cloak	Cloak embroidered with Zaken's soul. Increases P. Def. and attribute resistance. Unlocks a skill to move to the boss area. Can only be equipped when the cloak slot is open. Enchantment, attribute, augmenting, exchange, and drop are impossible.
	Freya's Soul Cloak	Cloak embroidered with Freya's soul. Increases P. Def. and attribute resistance. Unlocks a skill to move to the boss area. Can only be equipped when the cloak slot is open. Enchantment, attribute, augmenting, exchange, and drop are impossible.
	Frintezza's Soul Cloak	Cloak embroidered with Frintezza's soul. Increases P. Def. and attribute resistance. Unlocks a skill to move to the boss area. Can only be equipped when the cloak slot is open. Enchantment, attribute, augmenting, exchange, and drop are impossible.
