Talk to Officer Tepios in the waiting room of the Seed of Infinity.

Destroy the threat in the Hall of Suffering:

The party leader enters the Hall of Suffering via the Mouth of Ekimus (to the left from Tepios).
Destroy the mobs and Tumors of Death in first 5 rooms.
Destroy the Twin Death Knights (Yehan Klodekus and Yehan Klanikus), which are guarding the last room.
When the twins are defeated, the party leader need to talk to Officer Tepios so all the participants could get their reward. You can open your chest by double-clicking it in your inventory.
